WW Coatings is one of the largest dedicated OEM Cerakote application and laser engraving facilities in the United States. Based in Burlington, North Carolina at 1110 Vaughn Rd, our production facility is purpose-built for high-volume contract finishing — not retail or custom one-off work. Every aspect of our operation is designed around the needs of production manufacturers who require consistent finishes, reliable turnaround, and the capacity to scale.
WW Coatings is a DBA of Weapon Works LLC, a Cerakote Certified Applicator since 2013. What started as a custom firearms coating operation has grown into a full-scale OEM finishing facility serving manufacturers across aerospace, defense, automotive, eyewear, electronics, medical devices, marine, fitness, outdoor recreation, and dozens of other industries. Today we coat and engrave thousands of parts per week for brands and OEMs across the country.
Our team brings over a decade of hands-on Cerakote application and laser engraving experience to every production run. We employ certified coating technicians, dedicated quality control staff, and experienced account managers who work directly with your team to ensure every order meets your specifications and ships on schedule.
Our facility is equipped with multiple spray booths, industrial curing ovens, automated surface preparation systems, fiber and CO2 laser engraving systems, and a quality control lab. This allows us to run multiple production jobs simultaneously, maintain fast turnaround times, and handle everything from prototype runs to large-scale production orders under one roof.
