OEM Cerakote Ceramic CoatingsProperties of Cerakote by series

Cerakote is the world's leading thin-film ceramic coating, trusted by manufacturers across every industry for its unmatched combination of corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and aesthetic versatility. WW Coatings is one of the highest-volume OEM Cerakote application facilities in the country, delivering production-grade ceramic finishes on thousands of parts every week.

Unlike traditional coatings like paint, powder coat, anodizing, or plating, Cerakote bonds at a molecular level to virtually any substrate — metals, polymers, plastics, wood, composites, and more — in a finish as thin as 1 mil (0.001 inches). That means tight tolerances are preserved, moving parts still function, and your product gets a finish that outperforms the alternatives in virtually every measurable category.

WW Coatings works with the full Cerakote product line to match the right series to your application. The H-Series is a thermoset ceramic coating offering the highest level of hardness, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance — ideal for parts exposed to harsh environments, heavy wear, or chemical contact. The C-Series is an air-cure ceramic coating that delivers excellent durability without requiring oven curing, making it well suited for heat-sensitive substrates, large parts, and assemblies. The E-Series is an ultra-thin elite finish designed for tight-tolerance applications where coating thickness must be kept to a minimum while still delivering outstanding protection and aesthetics.

Every Cerakote series is available in hundreds of standard colors, and custom color matching is available for brands that require a proprietary finish. Matte, satin, and gloss finishes are all achievable, along with patterns, camo, and multi-color applications at production scale.

Our production process is built for consistency and speed. Every batch goes through standardized surface preparation, application by certified technicians, controlled curing, and quality inspection before shipping. We maintain strict color-match standards across production runs so your product looks the same whether it ships this month or next year.
